HUMAN RESOURCES
We strive to become an organization that all our employees can be proud of. In order to be a great team, we act with the policy of “we”, not “me”.
In line with our strategic planning and long-term goals, we aim to attract potential candidates we need to our company, and to make the selection process in line with equality of opportunity. The most important resource behind the success of KPA is its employees. Our aim is to support the career development of our employees with training opportunities, and to continuously improve our corporate culture by increasing their performance and motivation.
The first step of this training process is the Orientation Program, which plays a very important role in creating corporate identity and adapting employees to their teams. In addition to the trainings envisaged in line with the Performance Evaluation conducted on an annual basis, an annual Training and Development Plan prepared in line with the requests of the departments is prepared and employees are provided with continuous development opportunities.
Performance Evaluation System
The performance of employees within KPA is measured once a year. The Performance Evaluation System is established to monitor the achievement of the targets set on a yearly basis.
In addition to business efficiency, the evaluation of competencies that reflect corporate values is also included in this system and the evaluation results are used in the planning of training and development practices.
