KPA is committed to fulfilling the expectations of its customers and interested parties at the highest level in accordance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements in the Aviation, Space and Defense industries. To achieve this, it follows a Quality Policy focusing on;
- Managing the raw material procurement process for Aviation, Space and Defense industry companies according to customer / authority rules and deliver them to the customer as final product,
- Ensuring supply chain management within the scope of projects and provide all kinds of support to develop them,
- Perpetually renewing and developing the skills of its employees according to the aviation and defense sector needs with an active training program,

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
Within the scope of machining detail production, surface treatments and assembly for KPA, Aviation, Space and Defense Industry, our commitments to determine and maintain the most appropriate working methods in order to create a safe and healthy working environment in accordance with our Health and Safety Management System, and to increase our HS performance in all our processes with the relevant national legislation and regulations are as follows;
To create healthy and safe working conditions with a zero work accident approach,
To identify and eliminate hazards, risks and near misses in the working environment,
To provide the necessary communication activities to understand the needs and expectations of our employees and related parties on HS,
To ensure the participation of all levels of the organization and to base continuous improvement in our HS activities,
To carry out activities to increase awareness, raise awareness and improve competencies in all areas in which we operate and to monitor the effectiveness of HS trainings provided in this direction
To develop a culture of Health and Safety, to create the habit of safe behavior in all employees and to make it a lifestyle,

INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY
In the production and execution activities carried out by Küçükpazarlı Aerospace, the main theme of the Information Security Management System is; Providing information security management in human, infrastructure, software, hardware, customer information assets, organization information assets, information belonging to third parties and financial resources, securing risk management and turning it into opportunity, measuring information security management process performance and to regulate the relations with the parties.
To protect the information assets of Küçükpazarlı Aerospace against all kinds of threats that may arise from inside or outside, knowingly or unintentionally, to ensure accessibility of information with business processes, to meet the requirements of legal legislation, to work for continuous improvement,
To ensure the continuity of the three basic elements of the Information Security Management System in all activities carried out
Confidentiality: Prevention of unauthorized access to important information,
Integrity: Showing the accuracy and integrity of the information,
Accessibility: Demonstration of those authorized to access information when necessary,
Not only data kept in electronic environment; To deal with the security of all data in written, printed, verbal and similar media.
To raise awareness by giving Information Security Management trainings to all personnel.
Reporting to the ISMS Team and ensuring that all existing or suspicious gaps in Information Security are investigated by the ISMS Team.
To prepare, maintain and test business continuity plans.
To determine existing risks by making periodic evaluations on Information Security. As a result of the evaluations, to review and follow up the action plans.
To prevent all kinds of disputes and conflicts of interest that may arise from contracts.
To meet the business requirements for information accessibility and information systems.
